Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's agricultural land comprised in Survey No.251 to an extent of 6.63 acre and Survey No.254/1, measuring about 3.68 acre, totally 10.301 of agricultural land, situate in Vedamangalam Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District, in E.B. Service in S.C.No.034-008-1806, which is already granted by the respondents after paying Rs.2,75,000/- by the petitioner so as to enable to irrigate the land by installing the Power Motor in the land on the basis of the representation, dated 22.01.2025.
