Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent joint Director vide her impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3703/A3/2019 dated 12.3.2020 Quash the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned and further Direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to disburse the grant -in- aid towards their salary and other attendant benefits w.e.f 17.6.2009 in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent granting appointment approval to the petitioners and pass such further or other suitable Order/Orders as this Honourable Court For Petitioner : Mr.K.R.Manimaran For Respondent : Mr.T.Aswin Rajasimman for Mr.T.Lajapathy Roy

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Management made a submission that as against the order passed in the writ petition, a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD).No.2018 of 2021 has been filed and the said writ appeal is pending.
