ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The sixth respondent is present in person. I made it clear to the newly impleaded sixth respondent that so long as the order dated 10.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.16567 of 2022 is holding the field, neither he nor any other private individual can obstruct the smooth running of the petitioner's unit. It was further clarified that if the petitioner resorts to any physical obstruction or indulges in any other act, this Court will not hesitate to proceed against him for contempt of Court. S.Kalaiselvan / sixth respondent informed the Court that the contempt petition can be closed by recording his undertaking. 3.It is the duty of the second respondent herein to ensure that the order of this Court is scrupulously complied with in letter and spirit. If any obstruction is caused by any private individual, the police force ought to be deployed so as to clear the obstruction. 3/5
