ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No. 18 of 2021 dated 21.05.2021 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial 1/3
Magistrate No. I, Madurai within the time limit.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they have completed the investigation, but so for not filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and they will file the final report within one month.
3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the investigation and to file the final report, the respondent police have already completed the investigation and seeks one month time to file the final report before the concerned Court, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent to file the final report within one month from the date of this order.
4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
