PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner to rescue deposits from the accused persons on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner to rescue deposits from the accused persons on the basis of the petitioner's complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, F.I.R. has already been registered in crime No.156 of 2014.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. However, the grievance of the petitioner can be looked into by the respondent to the effect that if there is any threat to the petitioner from the persons who have arrayed as accused in this case, the respondent shall give adequate protection to the petitioner as and when necessary.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
