ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 07.03.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No.775/22, dated 28.06.2022, this Court made the following order:- By letter, dated 28.06.2022 addressed to the Assistant Registrar (CO), the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, has requested further time of six months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.01 of 2021.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 07.03.2022.
