Therefore, this Court cannot grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that it is a case of jumped out bail, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and file a recall petition. On such filing of recall petition, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the recall petition on the same day.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
