PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to reclassify the common pathway as the house site of the petitioner and dwelling house in S.No.251/19 (Old S.No.111) measuring 3 cents situate at Thirupachetty, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District and grant patta in the name of the petitioner within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

For Petitioner : Mr.K.C.Ramalingam For Respondents : Mr.B.Saravanan Additional Government Pleader O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reclassify the common pathway as house site of the petitioner and dwelling house and to grant patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry has already been conducted by the Village Administrative Officer and a report has also been submitted. He further submitted that response will be made on the representation made by the petitioner within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner on 22.05.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
