ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner's grievance is with respect to the unauthorized parking of the vehicles of the members of the respondents 4 & 5.

2. The said unauthorized parking of the vehicles happen only during the day time. However, considering the grievance of the petitioner, we direct the third respondent to regulate such parking, in which case, it can also make the respondents 4 & 5 to make certain payments. Appropriate decision in this regard will have to be taken by the third respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
