ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to forbear the respondent from harassing the petitioner to appear before them without any summon or procedure established by law.

2.On perusal of the record, it is revealed that he was issued summons under Section 91 of Cr.P.C and Section 160 of Cr.P.C. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner is a history sheeter and for want of his presence, under Section 110 of Cr.P.C, he was issued summons. However, the petitioner evaded summons and did not appear before the first respondent.
