This quash petition is filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in private complaint in M.C.No.26 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.It is seen from the records that there is an incriminating material to attract the charges as against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court finds that there is no merit in the petition to quash the case in M.C.No.26 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. Hence, this Court is of the view that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ full fledged trial.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
