ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to maintain the machinery and electrical materials periodically in the petitioner factory bearing Plot-3, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Madurai Road, Theni.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Bank would submit that at the time of locking the premises, a Panchanama was drawn before the Advocate Commissioner and the respondent Bank did not have any objection for removing the materials as per the Panchanama and the said process has to be done in the presence of the 1st respondent / Authorised Officer. 3.In view of the above submission made, the 1st respondent / Authorized officer of the Bank is directed to open the premises and permit the petitioner to remove the goods as per panchanama and after removing the same, the authorized officer shall lock the premises. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
