This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.128 of 2017, dated 23.05.2017, pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that charge sheet has been filed, in respect of the present case, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, as early as on 20.07.2017 and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is
