This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.17957 of 2024 dated 31-07-2024 has not been complied with.

Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.17957 of 2024 dated 31-07-2024, a writ appeal in WA(MD) No.770 of 2025 and C.M.P(MD).No.5216 of 2025 has been preferred by the respondent before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted, by order, dated 28.03.2025.
