ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 17.02.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent-police submits that the respondent-police registered the case in Crime No.52 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. He further submits that the aforesaid offences are bailable in nature.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), as the petitioners have no real apprehension of arrest, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as non-maintainable.
