ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3. Earlier this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 18.03.2015 for a period of two weeks with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police everyday at 05.30p.m. for a period of two weeks.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police filed a status report, in which they have stated as follows: "3. I respectfully submit that the petitioners herein called for enquiry. So the petitioners filed an Anticipatory Bail petition before this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5014 of 2015, on the day of hearing this Hon'ble Court granted Interim Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners. On 25.03.2015 both parties were appeared before me. The 1st petitioner herein stated that he never received any Gold Jewels or Cash from the De-facto complainant, but for the long term relationship he come forward to give Rs.50,000/- to the Defacto complainant. The Defacto complainant also accept his offer and she also come forward to delete the name of the 1st petitioner from her ration card, further she expressed her willing to withdraw the complaint. The amount will settle by the 1st petitioner on 06.04.2015.

4. I respectfully submit that due to the above said amicable settlement between the parties the petition enquiry was closed on 28.03.2014."
