These petitions are listed under the caption, 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent, who would submit that in the order, the appearance of the respondent has been wrongly typed as Mr.R.Sureshkumar instead of Mr.N.Dilipkumar. Hence, the same needs to be corrected.

2. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the appearance portion and in Paragraph Nos.2,6 and 7 respectively by mentioning, 'the learned counsel for the respondent', instead of the learned Additional Government Pleader and issue fresh copy of the order.
