ORDER

The petitioner's daughter-in-law is said to be missing since 08.10.2019. The marriage between the petitioner's son and the missing woman was solemnized on 18.03.2019. The petitioner had already moved this Court by filing Crl.O.P.(MD)No.730 of 2020. The same was disposed of on 21.01.2020 by recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Crime No.238 of 2019 had already been registered by the Pettai Police Station under woman missing category.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that even on the earlier occasion, the petitioner's daughter-in-law ran away with somebody else and that she was later restored. In order to protect the family honour, the police did not bring it on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3952 of 2020 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), it is the second occasion. Even in the complaint of the petitioner, it is mentioned that his daughter-in-law is said to be with somebody else.

4.I am, therefore, of the view that it is not a case, in which, direction ought to be given to the third respondent. Law will take its course. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
