Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for records relating to the impugned order dated 19.12.2019 made in CRL.M.P.3833 of 2019 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, and to set aside the same and consequentially release the appellant on bail connection with the FIR in Crime No.410 of 2019 on the file of the Second respondent police.

CRL MP(MD). No.2305 of 2020 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.18 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.18 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4.There is no representation on behalf of the third respondent. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.18 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
