This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records- charge sheet in P.R.C.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy has been committed to Sessions and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.4 of 2012 by the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, in which, the case was ended in acquittal on 12.01.2015. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
