ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.35 of 2025 dated 18.01.2025. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the first respondent would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C. No.178 of 2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram.

3.In view of the fact that charge sheet has been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
