Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner while cutting and removing the Seemai Karuvelam trees in his property bearing S.No.113/1, Kakkattiyiruppu Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, enabling the petitioner to comply with the Government order. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner while cutting and removing the Seemai Karuvelam trees in his property bearing S.No.113/1, Kakkattiyiruppu Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, enabling the petitioner to comply with the Government order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, F.I.R. has already been registered.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication.
