Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner is working as a Vocational Instructor (Engineering group) in the fifth respondent school. As per G.O. (MS).No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011 and the proceedings of the Government in Letter No.63305 / Pay Cell / 2010-1 dated 08.11.2010, he seeks fixation of his grade pay at Rs.5400/- from the date of his entitlement. In this regard, he has given representations on 17.09.2014 and 06.05.2015 respectively to the third respondent.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass orders one way or the other. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
