RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 14633 of 2016 dated 12.08.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No. V, Madurai instead of the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petitioner seeks modification of anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court under Order dated 12.08.2016. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition requiring the

petitioners to appear before the respondent police shall stand modified to one of requiring petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai for a period of two weeks at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter as and when required by the respondent police for interrogation. In all other respects, the earlier order shall prevail.
