Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3. Earlier this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 18.03.2015 for a period of two weeks with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.30p.m. for a period of two weeks.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police filed a status report, in which they have stated as follows: "3. I respectfully submits after received the Court order I that at the time enquired both the complainant and the petitioner were appeared before the enquiry officer and both were compromised in the complaint. The petitioner paid Rs.1,25,000/- to the complainant and the complainant also accepted in this bindings.

4. I respectfully submits that now both complainant and the petitioner were compromised."
