ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ni.Thi.A.1/70/2015, dated 16.10.2015, expeditiously. 2.The relief sought for in this writ petition is an innocuous one. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the statutory 1/3
appeal filed against the order, dated 16.10.2015, passed by the fourth respondent. The order relates to survey and demarcation of boundaries. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has preferred the statutory appeal, which is pending on the file of the third respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said statutory appeal.
3.No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent, if the petitioner's appeal is disposed of expeditiously, as the said appeal has been filed as early as on 02.07.2018.
4.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ni.Thi.A.1/70/2015, dated 16.10.2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
