The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the grounds of civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A(MD)No.95 of 2026.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 01.04.2026.
