ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation on 14.08.2020 seeking to remove the encroachment said to have been made in S.Nos.34, 35, 21, 21/14, 31/6 and 87 at Suriyur Village, Villarodai, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Seeking action on the said representation, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. Taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 14.08.2020 and the communication of the third respondent sent to the fourth respondent dated 21.09.2020, we call upon the said respondent, namely, the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
