This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.342 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent to the first respondent.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner.

3.When the case taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions from the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.342 of 2023 has already been completed, a final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No. 2 of 2024.
