O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Natham Survey No.963/A1 and UDR Survey No.963/23, situated at Aravakurichi Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with the notice to the third respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against him.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been submitted for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken by the first and second respondents to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance Page No. 2 of 5
with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 04.02.2026, survey and demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties including the third respondent and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners, the third respondent and other interested parties, if any.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
