This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.04.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent has not received the complaint and if he produce a copy of the complaint that will be enquired into. 3.The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint in person to the second respondent and if any such complaint is received, the second respondent is directed to enquire on the complaint and if any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered and proceeded in accordance with law.
