The petitioner seeks production of his son Vinoth Kumar, aged 19 years.

3. According to the petitioner, his son has been missing from 15.12.2021.

4. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the detenu has eloped with one Boomika, aged about 16 years. Therefore, there is no case of illegal detention. Hence, we do not see any reason to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
