This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, and the case was posted for the appearance of the petitioner on 13.01.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of.
