This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from harassing the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that Crime No.37 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent for the offences under Section 379 of IPC, Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992.
