O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the online application of the writ petitioner dated 24.01.2026 (wrongly mentioned as 12.11.2025 in the writ prayer) to regularize the unapproved plot of the writ petitioner.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner had made an online application for regularization of his unapproved plot on 24.01.2026 to the second respondent and acknowledgement has also been issued to the said effect. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the application made by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
