ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection with regard to her life and liberty and also her property that is situated in Ambalaseri Village, Thoothukudi District.

2.The property measures about 9.25 acres. The petitioner had given a complaint dated 20.02.2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3916 of 2020 earlier, the fifth respondent herein filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.719 of 2020 and the same was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 21.01.2020. It is now stated that when the counter petitioners (R4 and R5) were summoned, they appeared before the third respondent and had given a statement undertaking not to interfere with the petitioner's possession.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) also produced the letter dated 01.03.2020 executed by the fifth respondent herein. 5.The said submission is recorded. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
