RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police i.e., daily at 10.30 AM until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16770 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021 in Crime No. 11 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.THIRUMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16770 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021.
