ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to pay sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) by way of compensation for

the death of petitioner's husband (late) Alagar aged 38 years, due to electrocution."

2. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 08.02.2023 seeking compensation for the death of her husband, Alagar aged 38 years, due to electrocution. As the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2023 and pass orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
