ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur, to complete the trial, within stipulated time in D.V.O.P.No.18 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2016. Still now, there is no progress in D.V.O.P.No.18 of 2016.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur, to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.18 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
