O R D E R

The plaintiff in O.S.No.32 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed for the relief of declaration of title and for recovery of possession. The plaintiff has also challenged the validity of certain documents. The plaintiff has further prayed for injunction not to register the documents.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the defendants 3 to 5 have already filed their written statement. Though the defendants 1 and 2 have filed their written statement, it was returned by the trial Court for rectification of certain defects. At this stage, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2024 and so far the defendants 1 and 2 have not filed their written statement, this Court is not inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the above suit. As and when the defendants 1 and 2 file their written statement, the suit in O.S.No.32 of 2024 shall be disposed of by the trial Court as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ebsi 3/5
