ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for survey the petitioners land in S.No.386/16 situated at Irungallur Village, Manachanallur Taluk,Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2021.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is the owner of the property and he wants to survey the land, wherein one Panneer Selvam, who is the brother of the petitioner, prevent him to survey the land for the past one year and prayed for police protection.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that a petition was filed by the petitioner is registered in C.S.R.No.72 of 2021, dated 06.03.2021.

4. In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3641 of 2021 to co-operate with the enquiry in the petition. The respondent police is directed to decide the merits of the petition in accordance with the situation prevailing in that area. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
