ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.16 of 2014 from the file of the 5th Respondent to the file of the 6th Respondent and consequently direct the 6th Respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.26 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
