ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar, to recall the non bailable warrant issued on 9.10.2019 by considering the warrant recall petition in connection with C.C.No.292 of 2006 on the very same day.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that recall petition filed by the petitioner has to be considered for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate to consider the recall petition to be filed by the petitioner.

3.If at all any petition is placed before an Officer, they will certainly look into the merits of the matter and will pass appropriate orders. In the situation, there is no necessity to pass any order in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
