This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, in Crl.M.P.No.526 of 2017, dated 25.01.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District, in Crl.M.P.No.526 of 2017, by an order dated 25.01.2017, has directed the respondent to register the First Information Report, in case, the respondent find that there is a cause of action for registering the criminal case. Pursuant to that the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the criminal complaint was registered in Crime No.414 of 2017, dated 30.08.2017.
