This petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to grant permission to the Erangudi brothers for conducting "KABADI" on 13.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, to 14.01.2018 at about 06.00a.m, in Erangudi, Inangulathum Post, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District. 2.Heard, Mr.R.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducted Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has a proposal to conduct kabadi Tournament on 13.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, to 14.01.2018 at about 06.00a.m and for that, he gave a representation on 07.01.2018 to the respondents, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the second respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.01.2018 and dispose of the same at an early. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
