ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. in Cr.No.36 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and it was taken on file in C.C.No.240 of 2013, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and Non-Bailable warrant was isued against the petitioner on 25.02.2015.

4. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day.

5. The Criminal Original petition is closed, with the above direction.
