O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondent herein to file Charge Sheet in the above case in Crime No.97 of 2015 on his file before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner states that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.97 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. The petitioner further states that there is no progress in the investigation, the petitioner has preferred the above Criminal Original petition for a direction to the respondent to file Charge Sheet within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and that Charge Sheet will be filed within a period of one month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to file Charge Sheet in Crime No.97 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
