This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet was already filed and it was taken on file in P.R.C.No.23 of 2017 before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
