ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 463, 467, 468, 471, 473, 420 and 120(b) I.P.C in Crime No.44 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that earlier anticipatory bail for this petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15845 of 2014 was dismissed by this Court by a considered ordered on 25.08.2014.
3. In this petition, it is stated that this is the first anticipatory bail application.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was not a counsel in that case and the client also did not inform him about the entire facts to the present counsel.
5. The explanation offered by the counsel on record is accepted. Since the client has not properly instructed the learned Counsel, the petitioner is not entitled to get any indulgence from this Court.
