This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Spl.Crime.No.20 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for 1/4

POSCO Act cases, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that 13 witnesses have been examined and only 4 witnesses remains to be examined.

3. Since the offence relating to POSCO, the compromise between the parties will not be entertained. Let the trial process will be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
